both human and kind

Tracey Kmiecik is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (minus the “diet” piece.)

As a food fanatic, I entered the dietetics profession with the hope that I’d find the secret to living the healthiest life possible through nutrition. To my surprise, I found out that the answer does not lie in the next “superfood” or “lifestyle change” - it exists in our ability to access our intuitive relationship with food and body. Unfortunately, our world is bombarded with confusing messages and food rules that cloud our ability to experience a life free from dieting. I’ll be the first to say that I’ve been sucked into the endless cycle of detoxing, food group elimination and clean eating, only to end up longing for food and body peace.

Does this sound like your story?

Since experiencing my own liberation from “diet culture,” it has become my mission to help others say goodbye to restriction and hello to food freedom. Humankind Nutrition is this commitment materialized in the form of nutrition counseling. When seeking out nutrition services, you deserve care that is truly kind, effective and sustainable.

If any of this resonates with you, let’s chat. I am humbled by the opportunity to walk alongside you in your food and body journey.
